These terms apply when you buy from this shop.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT at the rate shown at checkout. Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for complimentary delivery, which is stated before you pay.

Payment

We take payment at the time you place your order. We do not handle your card details ourselves.

Delivery

We deliver within the UAE. Delivery estimates given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Chocolate is temperature-sensitive and is dispatched accordingly.

Products

Our products contain and are made alongside milk, nuts and other allergens. Allergen information is listed on each product page — please read it if you are sensitive.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
